Revanote is built for teams. Create a workspace, invite your team members, assign roles, and collaborate on reviews without stepping on each other’s work.

Roles and permissions

• Owner — Full access, billing, delete workspace
• Admin — Manage members, create/delete projects
• Editor — Create and annotate reviews
• Viewer — View reviews and annotations (read-only)

Projects and organization

Reviews live inside projects. A project typically represents one client or one website. Each project maintains its own review history so you can track changes over time.

Client sharing

You don’t need to add clients to your team. Use share links to give clients view-only access to a specific review. They see all findings and annotations but can’t edit anything or access other projects.
